We understand that funerals are a sad and sombre time for any family, but they are also a time to reflect on memories and celebrate a loved ones life and achievements.

Here at J.A.B.S Event Hire we can supply projectors and screens for the church/crematorium or memorial service, as well as background music or a full disco at the wake/celebration.

Although party style wakes are still a fairly new concept, they are becoming ever more popular. If your loved one was always the life and soul of a party, then having a quiet, sombre send off may not fit their personality. 

We always encourage discussion between the family as to funeral choices as more upbeat affairs may be hard for some to accept, but please feel free to call us to further discuss any requirements you may have.

Memorial Service Screen Rental

A grieving period is never an easy time. Whilst your mind may be elsewhere, we do our best to support you and take some of the burden when it comes to organising the funeral/memorial service.


We can present the memories of the life and times of your loved one in pictures and videos on our screens during the service or at the wake.


We can also provide a speaker or speakers if needed.


Please be aware that the venue used determines the equipment most suitable and we always recommend in a church or crematorium booking the slot before and after your service to allow us to get everything ready for you, and cause minimal disruption to such a sensitive occasion.

- 42'-70' HD TV screens (dependant on the size of the venue).


- Any video’s, photo’s or text can be displayed on this screen. using our projector.


£200 per screen for the first hour

£80 per screen per hour after that

Memorial Service Sound System Rental

If you are holding a larger service or perhaps your venue doesn't carry their own sound system, then we can provide a system to be used by you for background music or with microphones for speeches and testaments.

Please be aware that the venue used determines the equipment most suitable and we always recommend in a church or crematorium booking the slot before and after your service to allow us to get everything ready for you, and cause minimal disruption to such a sensitive occasion.
